  • "To put it succinctly: We wouldn't have our house without Janay, and we're so grateful for her, and the time, effort, and energy she spent helping us find the house of our dreams. My wife and I were purchasing a home at a time when there wasn't much inventory with our desired location, features, and price point. We had a compressed timeline due to the kids' school calendars, and to top it all off, we were moving two and a half hours away into the Sacramento area. It was a complicated situation, to say the least.
